Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive / Senior Paralegal

Bristol (2 days per week) | 3 days WFH

Salary dependant on experience

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Senior Paralegal to join a well-regarded Serious and Catastrophic Injury team in Bristol.

This role will involve managing your own caseload of claimant multi-track personal injury matters, with a particular focus on high value and complex catastrophic injury claims. You will also play a key role in supervising and supporting junior team members, helping to develop their skills while ensuring high standards of client service.

The successful candidate will have significant experience handling complex cases involving serious brain injuries, spinal injuries, polytrauma, chronic pain conditions and complex psychiatric injuries. Experience in fatal injury claims would be advantageous but is not essential.

The position offers a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week in the Bristol office and the remainder working from home.

Key responsibilities include managing your own caseload efficiently, providing high quality legal advice, supervising and developing junior team members, making informed decisions on liability and quantum, and maintaining strong communication with clients and insurers. You will also be involved in team meetings, business development and networking activities.

You will need to be experienced in running your own caseload, confident handling all aspects of litigation, and able to work proactively within deadlines. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with a practical, team-focused approach.
