Property Litigation Solicitor - Somerset - Hybrid

An opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a well established Somerset based team. This role is ideal for an early career solicitor looking to build strong technical expertise while working on cases that make a genuine social impact.

The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of property related disputes, advising housing providers and public sector clients on challenging and varied issues. The work offers excellent development, close support from senior lawyers, and early responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a varied property litigation caseload with appropriate supervision.
  • Supporting senior colleagues on complex housing and property disputes.
  • Advising clients on housing management issues, risks and resolution strategies.
  • Drafting pleadings and correspondence and representing clients at hearings or mediations where appropriate.


This role would suit a qualified solicitor with up to three years' PQE, strong drafting and communication skills, and a proactive, client focused approach.
