With a strong national reputation for advising both public and private sector clients, the firm continues to go from strenght to strength.

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Defendant Insurance lawyer to join a top tier Litigation, Advisory & Regulatory team handling high value, complex disputes for insurers, local authorities and major public bodies.

The Role
You'll step into a senior position at Senior Associate or Legal Director level, taking responsibility for:

• A caseload of high value, multi track personal injury and property damage claims
• Coverage disputes for insurer clients
• Running matters with autonomy while delegating effectively to junior colleagues
• Supervising, supporting and developing junior team members
• Working closely with partners and colleagues across all four offices

Candidate Requirements
You will bring:

• Strong experience defending high value personal injury and property damage claims
• Experience acting for insurers, including coverage work
• Confidence supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support business development
• Disease claims experience is helpful but not essential
