Property Disputes Associate 2-4 - Bristol
This highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm is continuing its strategic expansion in Bristol.
With a well established Property Disputes practice across multiple locations, the firm is now strengthening its presence in Bristol creating an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in the heart of the city.
The work on offer is broad, high quality and commercially focused. You'll handle a varied caseload of contentious property matters, acting for a diverse client base including national retailers, investment funds, charities, private landlords and commercial tenants. Typical work includes commercial lease disputes, business lease renewals, dilapidations, breach of covenant issues, termination of leases, adverse possession, LVT and Lands Tribunal matters, and a wide range of freehold and leasehold disputes.
This friendly, dynamic team are keen to meet Property Disputes Associates around the 2-4 PQE mark who are looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role
- Manage your own caseload of property litigation matters
- Develop sector knowledge and begin to build your own niche expertise
- Support the team's growth through networking, BD activity, writing content and attending events
- Support junior colleagues through guidance, delegation and knowledge sharing
This is a role where you'll be trusted with responsibility, encouraged to grow and supported by a collaborative, forward thinking team.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-4 PQE in property disputes
- Confident managing your own files and delegating to junior team members
- Strong client management skills with a genuine commitment to excellent service
- Commercially aware, organised and proactive
- Interest in mentoring junior lawyers (desirable)
- Keen to build your profile, develop sector expertise and contribute to the team's success
