A well established and modern regional law firm is seeking an accomplished and commercially minded senior Commercial Property lawyer to lead its established department in Wiltshire. This is a rare opportunity to take on a pivotal leadership role with genuine influence, autonomy, and a clearly defined route to Partnership.

With a progressive culture and long standing client relationships, it offers an excellent platform for a senior lawyer seeking both leadership responsibility and long term progression.
The Opportunity
This is a strategic leadership position offering the chance to shape, grow and drive the future of the Commercial Property department. You will lead a successful team, manage a high quality caseload, and play a key role in the firm's wider growth strategy.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for the commercial property function, including:
- Leading, developing and mentoring the Commercial Property team
- Managing a varied caseload including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work
- Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships
- Driving business development and contributing to the firm's strategic growth
- Playing a central role in shaping the future direction of the department
- Acting as a senior representative of the firm within the local business community
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with significant commercial property experience
- A confident leader, or a senior lawyer ready to step into a leadership role
- Commercially minded with a strong track record in business development
- Motivated by progression, with clear ambition to achieve Partnership
- A client following or referrer network is advantageous but not essential
