A highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Solicitor or FCILEX (0-3 Years PQE) to join its growing Property Litigation team, with a particular focus on social housing work. This is an excellent opportunity for an early career lawyer to develop specialist expertise within a supportive, values driven and nationally recognised firm.

The Role

You will work on a broad range of property litigation matters relating to social housing, acting for registered providers, local authorities and other housing sector clients. The work is meaningful, varied and intellectually stimulating, offering excellent technical development and the chance to build long term client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
  • Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters
  • Advising clients on housing management issues and disputes
  • Drafting pleadings, correspondence and legal documentation
  • Representing clients at court hearings and mediations where appropriate
  • Contributing to business development and client relationship activities


Candidate Requirements

Essential

  • Qualified Solicitor or FCILEX with 0-3 Years PQE
  • Experience or strong interest in property litigation and/or social housing law
  • Strong drafting, organisational and communication skills
  • Proactive, collaborative and client focused approach
  • Alignment with the firm's values and commitment to high quality, practical legal advice
