My client, a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm, is seeking a mid- to senior-level Property Development Solicitor to join a leading South East team. This is a key role within a well-structured practice, offering exposure to high-quality work.
You will advise on a range of development matters, including drafting option agreements, conditional contracts, and key documents, as well as undertaking due diligence and leading acquisitions and disposals of development land. The role also covers planning and construction issues, development finance, and coordination of plot sales, with a strong focus on managing risk and delivering commercially focused advice.
There is also excellent scope for business development, with the support and autonomy to build client relationships. With clear progression and genuine partnership prospects, this is an outstanding opportunity within a market-leading team.
