Location: Swansea (with hybrid flexibility)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking a talented Corporate Associate (4+ PQE) to join a growing Corporate team in Swansea. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate transactions within a friendly, supportive and ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on M&A, private equity, joint ventures and restructurings
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents
• Manage due diligence processes
• Lead negotiations and manage transactions end to end
• Provide strategic corporate advice across multiple sectors
• Support business development and networking initiatives
• Mentor junior colleagues
• Keep knowledge up to date

About You:

• 4+ years' PQE in corporate law
• Strong experience in M&A and corporate advisory work
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach
