Corporate Associate - 4+ Years PQE
Location: Cardiff (with hybrid flexibility)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £55,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Corporate Associate (4+ PQE) to join a busy and expanding Corporate team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of high value corporate transactions within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on M&A, private equity, joint ventures and corporate restructurings
• Draft, negotiate and manage key transaction documents
• Lead negotiations and manage transactions through to completion
• Provide strategic corporate advice to a diverse client base
• Work closely with colleagues across specialist teams
• Support business development and networking activity
• Mentor junior team members
• Maintain up to date knowledge of legal and regulatory developments

About You:

• 4+ years' PQE in corporate law
• Strong experience in M&A and corporate advisory matters
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• Confident managing your own matters
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, collaborative and ambitious approach
