Corporate Associate - 4+ Years PQE
Location: Bristol (with hybrid flexibility)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Corporate Associate (4+ PQE) to join a highly regarded Corporate team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment, advising a diverse client base on high profile and complex corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on M&A, private equity, joint ventures, restructurings and shareholder agreements
  • Manage due diligence processes and draft/negotiating key transaction documents
  • Lead negotiations and manage transactions from start to finish
  • Provide strategic corporate advice across a range of industries
  • Collaborate with colleagues across specialist teams
  • Support business development and networking initiatives
  • Mentor junior lawyers and trainees
  • Keep up to date with legal and regulatory developments


About You:

  • 4+ years' PQE in corporate law
  • Strong experience in M&A, private equity and corporate advisory work
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
  • Confident managing transactions independently
  • Strong commercial awareness and solutions focused approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • A proactive, collaborative and ambitious mindset
