Location: Poundbury, Dorset
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £55,000 - £90,000 (PQE dependent)

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Private Client Lawyer to join a thriving and well established team in Poundbury. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload across the full range of private client matters
• Provide high quality legal advice while maintaining exceptional client service
• Build strong, long lasting relationships with clients and professional contacts
• Contribute to departmental planning and wider business development initiatives
• Work closely with colleagues across the firm to share knowledge and best practice
• Support and mentor junior team members while maintaining independence in your own work

About You:

• Minimum 2 years' PQE in private client law
• Strong technical capability across a broad spectrum of private client matters
• A proactive, client focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Confident in networking and building professional relationships
• Enthusiastic about business development and contributing to team growth
• A collaborative approach with a willingness to support colleagues at all levels
