Location: Bath
Type of Role: Consultant (self employed)
Salary: Fee share (typical earnings £60,000-£130,000+ depending on caseload)

The Role

• Advising employers and/or employees
• Settlement agreements
• Contracts, policies, handbooks
• Tribunal work (if desired)
• Managing your own caseload

Candidate Requirements

• Strong employment law experience
• Excellent drafting and advisory skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ideally a client following
