A well established high street law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer (Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer) to join as a Consultant. This role suits someone seeking autonomy, flexibility, and the support of a friendly, traditional firm.

The Role

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
• Sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity
• Providing exceptional client service
• Working independently with remote IT support
• Maintaining compliance and professional standards

Candidate Requirements

• Strong, recent conveyancing experience
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• Ability to manage files independently
• Good IT literacy
• Ideally a client following
