Our client is a leading regional law firm, recognised for their excellent work and clients throughout the Southeast. The firm are seeking to bolster their forward-thinking and supportive team with a commercial property hire, with you playing an active role in continuing the team's outstanding work in the region.

You can expect a range of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, some development and infrastructure projects, property finance and more. You'll also work closely with seniors and partners in the team on larger high-value matters. Business development is an important responsibility in this position, with the firm providing the tools to build on your active contacts alongside attending to the firm's own clients.

Overall, this role presents a passionate commercial property solicitor with a collegiate team, strong work and notable clients. Not a firm or role to overlook.
