Family Lawyer - Wiltshire - Full or Part Time

With several offices across Wiltshire, the firm is flexible on the office location for this role, depending on your specialism.

The Role
You will manage a high value, complex family law caseload, including:

  • Financial remedy matters involving substantial and multi jurisdictional assets
  • International relocation
  • Off shore structures and trusts
  • Cases regularly exceeding £10m


You'll work within a growing, ambitious team and contribute to a forward thinking practice investing in technology, innovation and long term strategic development.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience across the full range of family law: divorce, finances, children, injunctions, nuptial agreements
  • Ability to handle complex, sensitive and high value matters with confidence
  • Strong client care skills and sound judgement
  • Collaborative, commercially aware and keen to contribute to team growth
  • Comfortable working flexibly while maintaining high professional standards
