Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive - Swindon

Join a long established, multi office law firm with a strong reputation for personal service and community focus. Our client are looking for a talented Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to become part of their Swindon team, advising clients on some of the most important decisions in their lives.

The Role
You'll play a key part in delivering high quality private client services, managing a varied and rewarding caseload.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Planning.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents with accuracy and care.
• Managing your own caseload efficiently while maintaining excellent client service.
• Meeting clients, explaining legal processes clearly and supporting them through each step.
• Developing strong, long term relationships built on trust and understanding.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 1 year PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in private client work.
• Strong communication skills and a client centred approach.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple matters confidently.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently when needed.
