Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive - Swindon - 1+ Years PQE

Salary: £50,000-£75,000 DOE + bonus

A respected regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its established team in the Swindon office. This is a key role supporting clients across a broad range of personal matters, offering the opportunity to build long term relationships within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

  • Advising on Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Planning
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Managing files efficiently while maintaining exceptional client care
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding individual needs
  • Attending client meetings and explaining legal processes clearly and confidently


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified lawyer with:

  • At least 1 year PQE (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
  • Experience across a range of private client matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational ability and confidence managing multiple cases
  • A proactive, client focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Commitment to confidentiality and high ethical standards
