Join a respected Serious Injury Team in Cardiff and play a key role in representing clients whose lives have been profoundly affected by major trauma. You'll handle complex, meaningful cases while being supported by a collaborative team that values empathy, excellence and client care.

The Role
As a Lawyer in the Serious Injury Team, you will:

  • Manage a varied caseload of high value serious injury claims (typically £1m+), including spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, amputations and complex polytrauma
  • Work within a partner led team on cases of maximum severity
  • Support clients and families through highly sensitive and challenging circumstances
  • Receive direct mentorship from the Head of Serious Injury, offering exceptional development opportunities
  • Contribute to a team culture built on compassion, collaboration and high quality legal work

About You

  • Qualified solicitor with litigation experience
  • Experience in serious or high value personal injury claims is advantageous
