Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience)

A well established and forward thinking private client team is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its Wills, Probate and Estate Planning department. The team continues to grow, with recent expansion into additional offices and the introduction of improved client onboarding processes to enhance service delivery.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload and advise clients across a broad range of private client matters, including:

  • Wills, Probate and Estate Planning
  • Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Providing clear, commercially aware advice
  • Meeting time recording and revenue targets
  • Supporting departmental development and growth
  • Participating in marketing, networking and business development activities


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a Solicitor or Legal Executive who can demonstrate:

  • Experience across Wills, Probate and Estate Planning matters
  • Confidence managing your own caseload, with supervision on complex matters
  • Strong communication skills and a client focused approach
  • Ability to attend the office at least three days per week
  • A proactive attitude towards business development and networking
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to team growth
