The Role

A long established, well regarded regional firm with several offices across North Devon is looking for an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join its growing residential property team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload while working in a supportive, friendly environment.

You'll handle a broad mix of residential transactions to include sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity across both freehold and leasehold property. There's also the chance to take on more complex matters such as development work, shared ownership, easements and bespoke drafting, depending on your experience and interests.

You'll be trusted to run your own files with the right level of support, while also playing a part in maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the development of junior colleagues.

Candidate Requirements

• Ideally 3+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience) in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Experience across a wide range of residential transactions
• Willingness to handle or learn more complex conveyancing work
• Strong client care skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
