  • Confidence supervising and developing junior team members
  • A proactive approach to business development and generating referrals
  • Excellent client care skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • STEP membership or progression towards it

Why Join?
You'll be joining a well established, forward thinking firm with a strong regional reputation and an inclusive, down to earth culture. Expect:

  • A supportive, relaxed and collaborative working environment
  • Hybrid working and genuine trust in how you manage your time
  • Opportunities to work closely with senior leaders and influence the team's growth
  • A comprehensive benefits package tailored to personal and family needs, including Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance and a Health Cash Plan
  • Regular social and networking events
