A growing and highly regarded Construction team is seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Partner to play a key role in shaping the future direction of the practice. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with strong momentum, a commercial approach to client service and an excellent reputation for high quality contentious and non contentious construction work.
The Role
Working closely with senior figures in the team, you will help drive the continued growth of the construction disputes offering. Responsibilities include:
- Leading on a broad range of contentious construction matters
- Advising on complex disputes across the construction and engineering sectors
- Supporting the development of the wider construction practice, including non contentious workstreams
- Building and strengthening client relationships, leveraging your existing network
- Collaborating with colleagues across the wider Property Group and complementary practice areas
- Contributing to strategic planning, team development and long term growth initiatives
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a senior construction disputes specialist with:
- Extensive experience in contentious construction matters
- A strong professional network and established market presence
- The ability to lead, mentor and collaborate within a supportive team environment
- A commercial, proactive approach to client service and business development
