Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a qualified lawyer to join a well established Private Property & Agricultural team based across Bristol and Taunton. The successful candidate will handle a varied, high quality caseload covering rural residential, agricultural and commercial property matters, working alongside highly regarded senior practitioners. The team is recognised in leading legal directories and advises a loyal and diverse client base, including landed estates, farming families, investors and banks. The role offers exposure to complex, interesting work within a collaborative and growing team, with clear opportunities for long term career development.

The role will involve:

  • Managing an independent caseload of country property and agricultural transactions, including high value rural assets
  • Advising on complex farm, estate and diversification projects, including renewable energy and environmental matters
  • Undertaking agricultural and commercial landlord and tenant work
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while collaborating closely with colleagues across related disciplines


This role offers the chance to develop specialist expertise, work on high profile matters and progress your career within a supportive and ambitious team. You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with demonstrable experience of handling Property matters.
