An ambitious and fast growing City law firm is seeking a talented 6-8 PQE Employment Lawyer to join its dynamic Employment team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuine gap within a thriving practice and play a key role in shaping its next phase of growth.

The Role

You will work across a broad mix of contentious and non contentious employment matters, advising an impressive client base that includes corporates, financial services institutions, and high growth businesses. The work is varied, high quality, and intellectually engaging, with the chance to take on significant responsibility from day one.

The Team
You'll be joining a small but expanding team comprising:

• 2 highly regarded Partners
• Senior lawyers with deep sector expertise
• 2 junior lawyers who contribute to a collaborative, energetic environment

The team is known for its commercial approach, strong client relationships, and supportive culture. With a clear gap at the mid senior level, this role offers genuine progression and visibility.

What We're Looking For

• 6-8 years' PQE in employment law (contentious and non contentious)
• Strong technical ability and sound judgement
• Confidence managing client relationships and running matters independently
• A proactive, ambitious mindset - someone who wants to help build and shape a growing team
• A collaborative approach and willingness to mentor junior colleagues
