Salary: £80,000-£95,000+ DOE
PQE Level: 7+ PQE

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Managing Associate to join a highly respected Employment practice within a leading South East law firm. This is a role for someone who wants influence as well as responsibility, combining high‑level technical work with genuine input into the direction of the team.

You'll take ownership of complex and sensitive employment matters, advising a broad portfolio of sophisticated clients and acting as a trusted point of contact. The work is varied and intellectually engaging, spanning strategic advisory issues, contentious matters, and wider organisational challenges. Alongside fee‑earning, you will play an active role in developing client relationships, supporting junior lawyers, and contributing to the firm's wider growth ambitions.
