My client is a leading boutique employment law firm with an excellent reputation, regularly competing with top City and established regional practices across the South East. They are seeking an experienced Employment solicitor to join their Tier 1 team and highly successful practice.

This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape your caseload within a busy, bespoke employment offering. With a strong and consistent workflow, the firm enables lawyers to focus on the areas of employment law where they add the greatest value and consequently the most satisfaction. In return, you should bring a strong level of knowledge, typically with a focus on employer clients.

The work spans complex, contentious and non‑contentious matters for a range of clients, including tribunals, contracts, TUPE, dismissals, whistleblowing and more. Clients range from major blue‑chip organisations to dynamic growth businesses, ensuring high‑quality, varied work throughout.
