A highly regarded Private Wealth Disputes practice is seeking an experienced solicitor to join its established team in Guildford. The work involves advising individuals and families on complex disputes relating to wills, trusts and estates. Instructions are often high‑value and emotionally charged, requiring sound judgement, strategic thinking and a calm, reassuring approach.

You will manage your own caseload while also supporting senior lawyers on more complex matters, with genuine scope to take day‑to‑day responsibility as your experience develops. The team is recognised for its expertise in both contentious and non‑contentious resolution and offers a collaborative environment with strong supervision and mentoring.

This role will suit a lawyer with existing private wealth disputes exposure who is looking to specialise, deepen technical expertise and build a long‑term career within a respected, growing team.
