Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer - Bridgend

We are instructed by a well established and growing South Wales practice to assist with the recruitment of a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their busy Bridgend office.

This is a great opportunity to take on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases (freehold, leasehold and unregistered), remortgages, new build work, shared ownership and transfers of equity. You will also play a key role in supervising a small team of legal assistants.

You must be a qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with experience of managing your own caseload in a fast paced environment. Strong knowledge of SRA/CLC regulatory requirements is important, along with the ability to make confident decisions and deliver clear, supportive communication to clients. Experience with new build and shared ownership matters will be particularly useful.
