As a consultant, you’ll have the freedom to manage your own desk and define your commercial direction. We’ll trust you to do a good job and give you the tools and the space you need to do it. At the same time, you’ll still have all the support you need.
Developing your relationships with clients that include top-tier UK, US and international law firms, you’ll have the scope to become a leading market expert. As you progress, you’ll even have the opportunity to lead teams, pitch for new business and develop new international markets.

South East Consultant
Our South East team have been an integral part of the legal recruitment landscape of this region for over 15 years. The team has focused exclusively on legal recruitment within Oxfordshire, Berkshire/Thames Valley, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and Kent. We have a full service offering with our team of consultants undertaking partner, solicitor, paralegal, interim, legal executive and in-house recruitment. The team was awarded the Team of 2018 at the Chadwick Nott conference and is now looking to expand.
Your working day and your career
As a consultant you will be responsible for your own desk with freedom over business strategy but within a collaborative and collegiate environment. What we are looking for?
For this specific role we are ideally looking for a Consultant with some experience of the South East Region looking to focus predominantly on the Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey private practice markets to work alongside two established and very successful team members. We are looking for full-time consultant but Chadwick Nott is very supportive of flexible and part-time work for the right individual. We would consider a homeworker if there is a track record of success in a similar role.
What will you earn?
We operate on a completely transparent salary/commission structure that has no upper cap and no discretionary element so the sky is the limit in terms of your earning potential.
