As a consultant, you’ll have the freedom to manage your own desk and define your commercial direction. We’ll trust you to do a good job and give you the tools and the space you need to do it. At the same time, you’ll still have all the support you need.

Developing your relationships with clients that include top-tier UK, US and international law firms, you’ll have the scope to become a leading market expert. As you progress, you’ll even have the opportunity to lead teams, pitch for new business and develop new international markets.

Our salary structure is completely transparent and our commission has no upper cap, so working hard will bring you the rewards you deserve.

Legal Recruitment Consultant - London, Bristol, Birmingham or Manchester

What we’re looking for

Chadwick Nott is currently recruiting for legal recruitment consultants to be based from any of our main offices – London, Bristol , Birmingham or Manchester. We are looking to expanding both our private practice and paralegal teams. Previous legal recruitment fee earning experience is definitely preferable, however we will also consider applicants with a proven fee-earning record in other professional services fields who can demonstrate an interest in specialising in the legal sector.
