Jon joined Chadwick Nott in March 2016 and has over 15 years’ experience in legal recruitment, advising on all areas of recruitment strategy including talent acquisition, career development and staff retention. Jon has experience of handling both contingent work as well as retained search assignments for major UK and international law firm clients. He covers Birmingham, the West Midlands, East Midlands, Northern Home Counties and East Anglia regions.
