An excellent opportunity has arisen with a highly regarded, Southeast-focused law firm seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Exec to join its successful Debt Recovery & Finance Litigation team. Acting for banks, lenders and commercial clients, you will manage your own caseload of defended litigation matters, progressing cases from pre-issue through to enforcement. The role involves advising clients on strategy, drafting pleadings and court documents, and delivering commercially focused solutions on complex debt and asset recovery matters.
