Our client is a respected and long standing firm with a strong presence across Somerset and Devon. They are now looking to strengthen their contentious probate offering further. The ideal candidate will already have a solid grounding in this field, with experience handling Inheritance Act claims, contested wills, executor and trustee disputes, and equitable interest matters.
