Overview
Leading West Midlands firm seeks a Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding team to be based in either Worcester or the Black Country,

Responsibilities

• Handle residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Deal with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Conduct property searches, liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
• Provide clear legal advice and support to clients regarding their transactions
• Support junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the conveyancing team

About you

• At least 2 years residential property fee earning experience
• Strong understanding of residential property law and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
