Fantastic opportunity to join this leading regional firm and lead their Employment department.

You will have a proven track record in representing employers and employees and will be responsible for the following:

• Representing a wide range of private and public sector clients on all aspects of employment law
• Dealing with employment policies, contracts and handbooks
• Dealing with redundancy, restructuring, settlement agreements and TUPE
• Dealing with grievances and disciplinary matters
• Attending employment Tribunals
• Mentoring and developing the employment team
