An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior Employment Lawyer to join a well-established and growing practice in Hampshire. This role is ideally suited to an experienced solicitor who may feel they have reached a ceiling in their current firm and is seeking greater autonomy, influence and clearer routes for progression.

You will advise on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting for both employers and employees, with an emphasis on corporate and employer-focused work. The caseload includes complex, high-value Tribunal litigation, strategic HR advisory matters, restructures, discrimination claims and the drafting of contracts, policies and settlement agreements, amongst others.

This position offers significant client exposure, responsibility and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the firm's national employment strategy, both in terms of strategic decision making and business development, with the backing of a strong brand.
