Commercial Technology Solicitor - NQ-2 PQE - South Buckinghamshire

A new opportunity exists with this highly regarded home counties firm in South Buckinghamshire, who are top tier in L500 and Chambers. They are seeking an NQ-2 PQE Solicitor to join their commercial and technology team.

You will work across a broad range of matters including:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, and supply, distribution agreements
  • Advising on data protection, IP licensing, and technology-related issues
  • Supporting clients from startups to multinational organisations in navigating digital transformation and commercial risk
  • Advising on the commercial aspects of business sales and acquisitions


You need to have trained in a commercial seat during your training contract or have experience in commercial, technology or IP work (in private practice or in house). You should have good drafting and analytical skills, with a keen eye for commercial detail across a range of commercial contracts.

You will work in an expanding and dynamic commercial tech team, acting for an impressive client list and play an active part in business development, marketing and networking.
