An established and growing law firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Family Lawyer to lead an established boutique family firm's drive into West Sussex. This is a rare opportunity for a confident, driven family lawyer to build and shape its long‑term success. The role involves managing a high quality family law caseload while taking strategic responsibility for establishing the firm's presence in the local market.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven leadership capability, and the ambition to drive growth and cultivate client relationships. This position offers genuine autonomy, supportive infrastructure, and the chance to make a significant impact from day one.
