A leading, highly regarded law firm is seeking a Solicitor (3-5 years PQE) to join its established Personal Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, collaborative environment, managing a varied claimant caseload while assisting senior lawyers on high value Multi‑Track matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of claimant Personal Injury files
  • Run Multi‑Track cases under supervision, including pleadings and trial preparation
  • Assist senior fee earners with complex, high value claims
  • Liaise with clients, experts, counsel and case managers
  • Support and guide junior team members
  • Maintain exceptional client care standards
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements


Experience & Attributes:

  • Proven experience with Multi‑Track Personal Injury work
  • Strong technical expertise and understanding of the Rehabilitation Code & Serious Injury Guide
  • Experience working with Major Trauma Centres and Case Managers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and undertake business development
