An established and expanding law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional capable of managing their own caseload while delivering high‑quality client service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of residential property matters
• Deliver exceptional client care and maintain strong relationships
• Support colleagues across the department as needed
• Contribute to a collaborative, customer‑focused team culture

• Proven experience handling residential conveyancing files independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, solutions‑focused approach
