Clinical Negligence / Personal Injury Solicitor
Location: Bristol

A long established, award winning regional law firm is looking for a talented Clinical Negligence / Personal Injury Solicitor to join its highly regarded, Legal 500 recognised team. You'll work alongside an experienced Head of Department and handle high quality, often life changing cases within a supportive, collaborative environment.

The Role

You'll manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, working closely with colleagues across Trusts, Court of Protection, and Wills & Probate to deliver a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Running claims from inceptional to settlement
  • Drafting clear, accurate legal documents
  • Communicating confidently with clients, experts, and professionals
  • Managing deadlines and maintaining strong organisational discipline
  • Providing sensitive, practical advice to clients during challenging situations
  • Supporting marketing and networking initiatives
  • Demonstrating strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in clinical negligence and/or personal injury
  • Confident managing your own caseload
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and client care skills
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with digital systems and paper light processes
  • Positive, empathetic approach with strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to support business development and team initiatives
