A leading regional law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its established team in Lincoln. The role

You'll manage a varied and high‑quality commercial property caseload, working closely with a diverse client base including developers, investors and business owners. The role also offers the chance to mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued growth and success of the department.

What we're looking for

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Minimum 5 years' PQE in Commercial Property (essential)
  • Strong client care skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent time management, organisation and IT skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Professional, personable and approachable manner
