Property Litigation Associate - Bristol

The Role


A fantastic chance to join a forward thinking regional firm with a strong presence in the Southwest. You'll work within an ambitious Property Litigation team handling a wide range of disputes for an impressive mix of commercial and private clients.

You'll be:

  • Running your own caseload of property litigation matters
  • Advising on development land disputes (including telecoms), property contracts and landlord/tenant issues
  • Building early client contact with high quality supervision and support
  • Helping drive the team's growth through client engagement and BD activity


Candidate Requirements

  • Experience across contentious property work
  • Strong knowledge of development land, telecoms disputes and landlord/tenant matters
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Commercially aware, organised and confident managing your workload
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to a growing practice
