Clinical Negligence Associate - Bristol

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Associate to join a leading national practice with a highly respected specialist team in Bristol. This Top 100 firm is known for its progressive culture, high quality work and strong commitment to career development.

The Role
You'll join a well established Clinical Negligence team handling a broad range of complex and sensitive matters, from birth injury claims to dental negligence. Working closely with a Partner, you will:

  • Assist on high value, complex birth injury cases
  • Manage your own varied caseload
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Support junior lawyers with technical and general guidance


Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with 4+ PQE
  • Strong experience in complex, higher value birth injury litigation
  • Previous experience assisting Partners on major cases
  • Confident managing a busy caseload and mentoring junior colleagues
  • Strong communication and exceptional client care skills
