Restructuring and Insolvency NQ - Cheltenham

A fantastic and rare opportunity has arisen for an ambitious NQ-3 PQE solicitor to join a top 100 national law firm's market leading Restructuring & Insolvency team in Cheltenham.

This is an exciting chance to join a highly respected national practice known for its collaborative culture, high quality work and strong commitment to professional development. You'll work closely with senior lawyers on a broad mix of contentious and non contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, acting for insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, company directors and major corporates.

The team handles complex, high value assignments, including investigations, asset tracing, antecedent transaction claims, and advising on both personal and corporate insolvency processes. You'll gain exposure to challenging, varied work from day one, with the support and mentoring needed to develop.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Advising on the full spectrum of restructuring and insolvency matters.
  • Supporting senior team members on complex cases and contributing to wider team projects.
  • Working on contentious matters including disputes, investigations and recovery actions.
  • Building strong internal and external relationships and contributing to business development.


About You

  • Qualified solicitor ideally NQ-3 PQE.
  • Experience in restructuring & insolvency, or a transferable background such as dispute resolution, commercial or corporate.
  • Strong drafting skills, commercial awareness and excellent communication.
