Conveyancing Support Paralegal - Nuneaton (Onsite)

Full Time, Monday - Friday

A well‑established law firm in Nuneaton is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Support Paralegal to join its Residential Property team. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail‑focused, and confident supporting a busy conveyancing department from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing quotations and updating clients throughout the transaction
• Preparing contracts, transfers, and completion packs
• Managing case files in line with CQS requirements
• Handling exchanges and setting up completions independently
• Submitting Land Registry applications and dealing with requisitions
• Ensuring smooth progression of matters from start to finish

What the Firm Is Looking For

• Minimum 12 months' experience in residential conveyancing as a support paralegal
• Ability to handle exchanges and completions independently
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Confident using MS Word, Outlook, and case management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with digital dictation and a proactive, problem‑solving approach
