Whether you are an NQ or an Associate / Senior Associate and experience in employment law, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a high performing team.

Responsibilities
You will be involved in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment work for employers and employees including:

• Settlement agreements
• Business reorganisations
• Redundancy situations
• TUPE advice
• Unfair and constructive dismissal claims
• Equality and discrimination claims
• Grievance and disciplinary situations
• Absence management
• ACAS Early Conciliation
• Contracts, policies, and handbooks
• Restrictive covenants

About you

• Qualified Employment Lawyer with experience in employment law
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with attention to detail and deadlines
