Non Contentious Construction Solicitor - Bristol

A Non Contentious Construction Solicitor is sought to join a nationally recognised team working on major UK construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will support high value, complex instructions across sectors including health, education, housing, regeneration and central government programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on and negotiating construction and engineering contracts, including JCT, NEC and bespoke agreements
• Supporting major programmes such as hospitals, social housing, schools and large scale regeneration schemes
• Working collaboratively with clients including government bodies, local authorities, NHS Trusts, universities and developers

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years' PQE, strong drafting skills, commercial awareness and an interest in becoming a specialist in non contentious construction. Experience coordinating with other disciplines and an enthusiasm for networking are advantageous.
