Real Estate Solicitor

This multi-office Cambridgeshire firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy and expanding department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, friendly and supportive team.

Due to expansion the firm are seeking an individual with 5+ PQE to undertake a high value and complex caseload. The work is varied and ranges from acquisitions and disposals of new multi-million pound development sites (both commercial and residential) to acting for occupiers. You will have experience in:

• Commercial leases/occupiers (grants/surrenders/assignments/ LTA 54 renewals)
• Grant of easements
• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Options and overage
• Property finance
• Conditional sale agreements
• Site assembly
• Collaboration/JV agreements
• Promotion agreements
• Acting for landowners in respect of sales to developers
