A well‑established regional firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its busy Banbury office. The role involves managing a full residential caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership and leasehold matters, while supporting a small team and playing an active role in business development.

The firm is looking for a Solicitor, CILEX or CLC‑qualified lawyer with at least 3 years' conveyancing experience, strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills and the ability to supervise support staff.
