Conveyancing Legal Executive - Plots

Bristol | Hybrid - 3 days in office

Up to £45,000 (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Executive to join a leading international law firm's specialist Plots team.

The role

You will manage your own caseload across all areas of plots conveyancing for some of the UK's leading housebuilders, handling the sale of new build plots - including purchasing schemes - alongside site set up matters, section agreements, compliance certificates and deeds of variation. You will be part of a well-established team of 16 conveyancers across two offices.

About you

  • Experience in plots sales or residential conveyancing (plots preferred but strong residential conveyancers will be considered)
  • Able to manage a busy caseload independently and to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a commercial, client-focused approach
  • Comfortable with high volumes whilst maintaining quality
  • Qualified solicitors wishing to move into this type of role will also be considered
